Before you dive in and start tackling the paperwork, take a minute to put your commitment to college in writing. Pledge to do your part — and share this promise with others who are helping you get ready. They should make a promise to you, too!

A pledge like this will keep everybody motivated. Whenever you start to feel overwhelmed, just look at the signatures and remember you've got a team that's promised to help you no matter what.
